摘要

For an extended period, environmental protection, resource conservation, and energy consumption reduction have constituted fundamental challenges of global significance within the anthropocene epoch. In response to escalating ecological crises precipitated by unsustainable development paradigms, the architectural and construction disciplines have, since the mid-20th century, progressively evolved a series of conceptual frameworks encompassing energy-efficient buildings, ecological architecture, and ultimately, the integrative paradigm of green building. These frameworks advocate for a systemic transition towards renewable energy integration, circular material economies, and environmentally responsible construction methodologies. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis that synthesizes theoretical foundations, evaluates practical implementation pathways, and diagnoses strategic challenges inherent in the translation of green building standards from regulatory intent to on-site reality. Employing a mixed-methods approach that incorporates policy analysis, case study review, and systems thinking, it delineates the complex developmental trajectory of green building implementation within construction projects, with a particular focus on the Chinese context. The investigation reveals that while significant advancements have been achieved in normative frameworks, profound implementation gaps persist, stemming from a confluence of technical, economic, and managerial barriers. However, the paper contends that synergistic advancements in technological innovation, coupled with iterative policy refinement and intensifying market-driven imperatives, are catalysing a new phase of development. This convergence is poised to foster breakthrough innovations in green construction technologies, stimulate the continuous optimization of project management models, and ultimately contribute to the emergence of a more resilient, mature, and truly sustainable construction industry ecosystem. The findings offer both a diagnostic lens and a prescriptive roadmap for industry stakeholders and policymakers.
